【レンジdeスイートポテトカップケーキ】
今回は、電子レンジを使って 『スイートポテトカップケーキ』を作りました。
バターの香りが口いっぱいに広がるスイートポテトとふわふわのスポンジ生地が合わさったようなカップケーキです！
中にはお芋がたくさん詰まっているので、ふわふわ生地の中に所々ズッシリ感もあり、絶品！
もう一個、もう一個とすぐに無くなってしまう人気のレシピです。
レンジでできるのでかなり時短でかなり簡単なので、ぜひさつまいもがたくさんある時にお試しください。
〈材料〉
さつまいも 150g
バター 30g
砂糖 40g
牛乳 100cc
卵 1個
薄力粉 40g
